Our 'non-smoking' cottage is located on the 8th tee box of the Links Golf Course and has a view of the Choctahatchee Bay. It is a stand alone unit with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy, which makes it a great choice for families. Relaxing with coffee on the deck and watching the golfers is a favorite past time of many of our guests. The deck is equipped with table and chairs and a gas grill. The cottage has two bedrooms with queen size beds and two sleeper sofas with queen size pull outs. One sofa is located in the living room and the other in the sunroom. THIS COTTAGE COMES WITH RESORT TRANSPORTATION PASSES!
The cottage is located on the Bay Side of Highway 98-Emerald Coast Parkway-on the 8th teel box of the Links Golf Course. It is in a very peaceful setting and still very convenient to the beach, dining, shopping and marine activities. It is an easy bike ride or walk over to the beach. There is a pedestrial tunnel under Hwy 98 for easy access. Parking is available on beach side if you prefer to drive. It is nice to enjoy the beach and not have to take it back to the cottage with you. The deck provides a view of the Bay and the golfers hitting off the tee over water--or NOT! The cottage is roomy and will sleep eight comfortably.

The condo was just what we were wanting. Very spacious and nicely decorated. It was nice to stay on Bay side- it gives you a break from the harsh sun and beach. It is still very close to the beach though- in biking distance. It was nice to stay in a house for a change. You aren't staying directly above or below anyone so it stays very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again! Hope this unit is available next year!
