This cottage is located in the Fairways near the Links Golf Course and only minutes away from the sugar white beaches at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. This is a house and you will have your own space in a quiet established neighborhood with tall shady pines and spacious green lawns.
There are two shaded parking spaces in front of the cottage exclusively for your use only.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a set of twin beds. There are two full bathrooms with shower and tub combinations.
