We absolutely loved the house! We had 6 adults and 2 small children and the layout was perfect. The kids could nap quietly upstairs while the adults were downstairs and there was plenty of room. There was a private backyard, rental bikes available, beach accessories and many other "extras" that made our stay homey. We would definitely come back and recommend it to a friend.

This is a very nice property. We enjoyed it so much. Very clean and well maintained. It was really nice for my kids to have access to the bikes and beach equipment they provided. The owners are very nice and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone as long as stairs aren't a problem for any of their guest that will be staying. Also it is nice to be able to park right by the door. Can't wait to stay there again!

House was nice and very clean. There were bikes, a computer connection, several Tv's with DVD players, though we were disappointed to find there were no Blue Ray players, etc. When we called for service, we got very prompt response. Would definately rent this home again.

W had a great time. Everything was avalible for our time at the beach. Umbrella's, chairs, beach toys, floats, boogie boards etc... You couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay.

We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful. It was so clean and well maintained. We were surprised to find 5 bicycles available for our use! We loved Sandestin and enjoyed the golfing, beach and shopping. Thank you for opening your lovely home.

We had a great time during our stay in Destin. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It is a nice location in a quiet neighborhood close to all the fun. We would stay here again if the opportunity arose. Only small negative is lack of common things like garbage bags and toilet paper(at least we couldnt find them).

Each year our family plans a retreat to the beach and for the past three years we have chosen Sandpiper Paradise as our "home away from home." This house is exceptionally clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Located on the bayside of the resort, the unit is close to everything. Whether you like an early morning stroll on the golf course or a trek to the beach, it has it all even beach towels and chairs. This was a family Vacation of over 10 days and the property gave us room and enough space to sprawl out and enjoy our large family.
The property was clean and very presentable.
The custodian was only a phone call away to help with anything we needed.
2 Brand new Bikes were provided with the stay and used quite a bit as well.
There was a patio for cooking out on a gas grill provided and a full kitchen. Fun was had by all. -

We visited with 2 couples and our kids last spring while attending a conference at the Hilton. The house is huge by Sandestin standards, we have stayed in the resort for years. This is by far the cleanest and nicest place and a great central location. The double master bedrooms with king beds worked out perfectly for us. This was not the cheapest place we looked at but by far the best. When we compared it to the cost of the rooms through the conference we figured we spent about half, got a whole house and a kitchen which saved us a lot, especially with the kids. We especially enjoyed the enormous patio and gas grill. We have already booked for this year.
