Spacious, oceanfront beach home located on Town Neck Beach. The 1st floor Kitchen opens to the Livingroom, which faces the water. 2 Bedrooms and a full bath comprise the rest of the main level. The 2nd floor, added in recent years, features 2 more Bedrooms, a full Bath and a Familyroom. A door off this Familyroom leads out to the upper level deck, with breathtaking views of the ocean, Cape Cod Canal, and on most days boats, seals, and shore birds. We rented this cottage sight unseen and were a little nervous but it turned out to be just as described and we loved it. It is right on the beach which was convenient. The beach itself is rocky and requires footwear but we didn't mind that at all. The view was wonderful, we and our grandchildren loved watching the boats going in and out of the canal. It wasn't far to restaurants, and the Cape Cod Canal Visitors Center and an easy drive to Sandwich Center.
The home itself had everything we needed and everything was in good, clean, working order. We'd rent it again in a heartbeat. Our experience with Beach Realty was also excellent. All around it was a fine vacation! -

Our vacation at 19 Freeman in Sandwich was great fun. Despite the three day
rain storm which nobody expected in late June, the cottage owners kept us
well occupied with board games, books and a variety of videos to entertain us.
When the sun finally arrived, we beach combed, built sand castles, and
watched tide pools. The beach deck made canal boat watching a definite treat. -

we stayed in this cottage for a week and loved every minute of it.
our famuly ranges in age from 12 yrs to 85 yrs. and there was something for everyone. it was comfortabe and clean and was stocked with everything you would need to cook and clean. we would love to return next year. the view was
great, we saw ships going thru the canal from
the beach and from the cottage. t;he neighbors were friendly. loved it swo much
