Beautiful! New studio home on Lawrence pond. Sleeps up to Four people. Completely furnished, Washer and dryer Great view, granite counters, custom glass and marble shower. Also for your use is a 16'canoe. This pond has both small-mouth and large-mouth bass (Ma fishing license required) It's also an extremely clean pond for swimming.
Our Summer Rentals are for Full weeks 7 Nights from Sat 3:00PM to Sat 11:00AM

When planning for our Cape Cod trip we came across this beautiful place. The photos and description propelled it immediately to the top of our list and when we arrived we were not disappointed. Honestly, the cottage is even nicer in reality than on the already very beautiful photos. Everything has been built and decorated with so much love for the detail and there was absolutely nothing missing at all. All items in the cottage are from a very high quality starting from the excellent gas stove, to the beautiful granite countertops, to the nicely tiled shower. We truly felt at home from the moment we set foot into this beautiful retreat. Nick and Colleen were from the beginning always reachable and accessible and provided lots of great information about the surrounding. I was particularly interested in fishing opportunities and local shops to by seafood and Nick's tip, Joe's Lobster Mart, became quickly our "to-go" place during the entire week. Another major advantage is the location. Conveniently located just a few miles outside Sandwich centre, the cottage is an hour drive away from Boston and Provincetown. One is really in the middle of it all! Lots of shopping opportunities can be found in Sandwich and - once again - there is really nothing missing at all. We really enjoyed our vacation and look forward to coming back!

This was a great find. The internet photos don't do it justice. Spacious, very well equipped, comfortable and literally right by the lake. It was great to hear the water lapping gently under the windows, and we loved taking the canoe out! It was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. A great base for exploring the area and within easy reach of the more obvious tourist attractions. We would love to return and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

My wife and I stayed for a week in august and it was perfect. Nick and Colleen go the extra mile to make sure we had everything. The cottage is very spacious and has everything - cable, internet (not wireless), washer/dryer, great pond views and perfect location. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The lake is warm and clear with good swimming. Access to the BBQ was an added plus. A little close to the road but you don't notice the traffic once the front windows are closed. We truly got the feel for the "Cape Cod" life - Very relaxing!

My husband and I spent a week here to celebrate our first marriage anniversary at this beautiful, well kept, very clean house. Everything we needed was readily available in the kitchen which we really appreciated since we enjoy cooking. We loved the size and the beautiful granite counter tops in the huge kitchen area. The bathroom was perfectly decorated with marble and tiles. It was awesome to wake up to the water every morning. The lake was pristine.
Nick and Colleen, both lovely and friendly people, made us feel right at home.
We look forward to going back! -

The vacation could not have been better. We reached late ( around 9) and Nick had already left the house open with heating switched on and lights on so that we could get in without waiting . The house is as beautiful and new as it looks in the pictures and has everything required in a home. We forgot our Dvds when we checked out and Nick agreed to mail them back. Nick and Coleen were great hosts and this is one of the most memorable vacations we have had . Thanks again for making this memorable.

We had visited the Cape for over 20 years and thought that we had enjoyed our vacations. And we had. However our experiences this past summer far exceeded our expectations in respect to accommodations, facilities and amenities. The kitchen was supplied with everything that we needed and then some. A deluxe gas stove, large refrigerator & a dish washer was provided. A TV with satelite channels as well as Dvd's & player was also waiting for us. A clothes washer & dryer was also provided. We needn't have brought so many clothes. Outside extras included canoe, barbecue, fire chimney as well as patio chairs. The swimming was out the backdoor and into the fresh water pond. Our mornings started with a 60 min. swim, afternoons a 60 - 90 min. paddle around the lake, evenings enjoying the sunset over the Pond.
An excellent experience in all respects!!! -

Cute cottage on Lawrence Pond in a convenient location to see most of the sights the Cape has to offer. Clean, modern and large kitchen with kitchenware, a modern bathroon, and separate kitchenette area made the stay more enjoyable than a hotel. Windows across the length of the cottage look out to the pond. we loved bird watching. Great location and if you enjoy fishing we observed the catching of several large bass. It was a great trip and we would stay here again. It was easy to make rental arrangements and with very pleasant owners. They made us feel welcome and at home.

This newly reovated property is just beautiful, steps from it's own private, crystal clear pond! The water was warm, clean and a pure joy to sit by and enjoy a bite to eat. The owners provided everything this family with a toddler needed (including games & DVD's for adults & children !) Located in Sandwhich, you'll find grovery stores only a 6 minute drive away and it's just a 15 minute drive to Main street Hyannis and other Cape Cod villages. HYannis has a great main strip and delicious restaurants (try "Fresh Ketch"!)
You will enjoy cooking in this ultra modern, and open concept kitchen , and sleeping in this SUPER comfortable bed, while waking up to the sounds of birds chirping ! The view outside onto the lake is so peaceful & beautiful. Thank you to Nick and Colleen for convincing me to go Whale Watching in Provincetown (only 1 hour away) , it was truly an amazing experience I hope to never forget! And what a fun place Provincetown is! We also got to attend the Sandwich craft fair where I purchased some unique , beautiful gifts & jewelery. Definitely want to return to Cape Cod and will stay in this cottage again. For warm beaches, it's just a 15 minute drive to Craigsville beach !You will love this place, ideal for families looking for a large, clean, safe & super quiet place to stay ! Younger travellers looking for a party would prefer Hyannis or Provincetown! Enjoy :) -

In one sentence, we would say that Nick and Colleen Korniotes have created a
new and delightful retreat on Lawrence Pond and are exceptionally good hosts.
We loved our visit there and could have easily stayed two more weeks. The new
cottage has everything you need, but most importantly is right on the
waterfront of the pond (in California you'd call it a lake). That's what we liked
the best, plus the view looking out onto the pond from inside. The only
drawback was the traffic noise from the street, so anyone who is sensitive to
traffic noise should take that into consideration. Thanks much to the Korniotes
for their hospitality.
