Adorable, well kept home at Town Neck beach in Sandwich. Tile floors in the kitchen and bath and wood floors in living, dining and bedrooms. Ceiling fan in kitchen and master bedroom. Bedrooms have lots of closet space. Comfortable living / dining room with slider to furnished back yard deck. Bedroom 1 - Double sized bed, Bedroom 2- 2 Twin beds

This home has an excellent location. Easy trip from the city, close to beach and great shopping. The home itself is charming and everything you'd expect from a Cape Cod cottage.
What we liked best was that everything we needed for our stay was provided allowing us to totally relax and enjoy the experience. -

Glad to see three ceiling fans were available as there was no a/C on the hot days. Kitchen was good but scratched teflon pans need replacing (toxic otherwise). Surprised to not find BBQ fish grill tool given the wonderful location of Cape Cod!
Outside shower needs some work--competing for space with a large scratchy shrub. -

Simple, elegant, hospitable. neer everything. we had a wonderfull stay we recommend highly... only thing missing tho... A/C, but the breeze from the close by ocean makes up for it!
