A full bathroom located off the kitchen has a jacuzzi tub and washer/dryer. The bonus third floor has a comfy sitting area with french doors that lead to a balcony deck with views of Cape Cod Bay. Wide pine floors, central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Private backyard with large enclosed outdoor shower. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 52 Knott avenue! There were 7 of us; my sister, brother-in-law, 7 year old nephew, 5 year old niece, and my parents. We came to Cape Cod to celebrate our parents' 50th wedding anniversary. The house did not disappoint. We had never visited the area before and your staff was incredibly helpful with our many questions prior to and during our stay.
I highly recommend the house and Sand Dollar Realty.
