Adorable 3 Bedroom cottage located at Town Neck beach. Bright white updated kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table. French door leads from kitchen to deck with table, chairs and gas grill for cooking out. Sunny living room with high ceilings and wood floors. Air conditioning for those humid days. Bedroom 1 and 3 are accessed by walking through bedroom 2. Please note the enclosed outdoor shower is cold water. Bedroom 1-Queen, Bedroom 2-2 twins, Bedroom 3-bunk beds

for the value, it was good. could have done with a little bit of cleaning, the back room i didnt even really want to step in, but the living area and the bedrooms were ok. the proximity to the beach was nice and the driving distance to things wasnt bad. but you need a car to get around.

The home was clean, close location to the beach,and the central air was great since the week we went was very hot. However the bedrooms were small and they were all attached to each other in the back of the house.My daughter was in the middle one and she is a light sleeper and she was woken up by people getting up to go the bathroom in the middle of the night.Also we never used the outdoor shower it was full of leaves and needed cleaning up.If we had gone on vacation and had bad weather we probably woulld've found this house too small.
