+ good location for trips all over the Cape, the islands and Boston
+ close to the beach, which is nicely sandy on the first meters, but very stony in the second half; and you're almost alone there, even in July!
+ outdoor shower is very convenient
+ modern gas barbecue grill
+ free wlan
- it was not clean, and the furniture was a wild mixture of old pieces, some of them in very bad shape
- cushions, pillows and mattresses were filthy and had stainings on them
- no dining table in the living room; small dining table on the porch with lots of graffiti (the oldest one from 1971)
- in general not very well taken care of -

i always have a good time there, i have been going every august for over 10 yrs...cant beat that beach...private quiet...we are often the only people on the beach!!! as far as the cottage, im recommending a new fridge, and a new futon, i know how old these are!!! but wonderful value, as most other cottages on the beach are 2000 and up. cant wait till next time!!!
