This home is centrally located next to Town Neck Beach, the Cape Cod Canal, Sandwich Boardwalk, restaurants and shops. Standing on the deck at the back of the house, you have a wonderful view of the Sandwich Boardwalk that travels through the Marsh to the beach. Master bedroom has queen bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 twins and lower level offers another bedroom area with a double bed. Fenced in yard & large deck. Brand new central a/c! Pet allowed with approval. I can't say enough about 3 Clark street. When we arrived we were so thrilled. It was so clean and open. The deck area was great and it lead to the fenced in yard if you have little ones, or pets. Its the perfect setup. We are definitely going to rent again. Thank you so much for having us and we look forward to staying next year.

We loved the location of the house. It was clean and child friendly. The house would be even better if they fixed the basement.
