This darling cottage is located in Town Neck and is within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, marina, village and restaurants. 2 Bedrooms each with a Queen size bed. Small back yard with a picnic table and gas grill. Central AC & WIFI

My daughter and two granddaughters ages 7 & 11 stayed at 65 Carman ave. in Sandwich for a week in September while we explored Cape Cod, Plimoth Plantation, Rhode Island, and many beaches. The cottage exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, decor, and convenience to all the places we wanted to go. The kitchen was a delight with plenty of dishes and cookware so we could fix most of our meals and splurge on ice cream (in abundance in this area) and seafood restaurants.
It is bright, cheerful, easy to clean, and in excellent condition. The neighborhood is charming and quiet and just a few blocks from Town Neck Beach and the Boardwalk. I don't think we could have found a better place especially at such a reasonable price. I hope we can return someday soon!
