The house was comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We had a great time.
The only negative point is the blanket (bed cover) should be changed soon.
We liked our stay and recommand this house. With 3 kids, it was nice to have a washing machine and a dryer. -

House was well represented by the description, cute and clean. Bedrooms were a little small and mattresses although newer were not the most comfortable. Loved being able to shop and have meals at house, and pack a cooler for the beach. Convenient to the market and several good restaurants and public beach. Roof top deck and outdoor shower were great additions and utilized often. Cape Cod canel park is beautiful, we walked dog several times and had beach campfire there one night. Nice having a washer and dryer also. Would stay again.

The only improvement I would suggest is a window air conditioning unit. It was very hot the week we stayed and sleeping was difficult.

This was a great house in a great location. We loved Town Neck Beach! Our kids rode their bikes to the beach every day. The house was very comfortable with a nice deck and side yard. We had never vacationed in Sandwich and were pleasantly surprised at how much there was to do.

Perfect little getaway

The house was perfect for our small family. Our 6-year old loved the loft. The place was in great condition and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. It's within walking distance of a beach that is nice to stroll on in the evenings but not really good for swimming. However, the location makes it easy to get anywhere, including nicer beaches. The price was also very good.

Note to tenants: There are 2 beaches in the immediate area of this home. The closest one is ok for swimming at high tide, but at low tide there are large bolders and rocks, which makes it a fantastic place for kids to explore for sea life. The sandier beach is at the end of the street and is good for swiming at any time of the day. Please visit both.

Very nice cottage, plenty of room, clean. About a 15 minute walk to the beach and close to the main driving routes for shopping, eating out, etc. Large yard and deck perfect for having guests. I had to request the basement be cleaned in order to use the W/D but this was taken care of within a half hour of my call, which I thought was excellent service. Overall, I had a wonderful week and enjoyed my stay.
