Description
Around the corner from one of the Cape's most treasured beaches at Sandy Neck. This large home has a layout suitable for two families to enjoy a wonderful vacation. Gleaming hardwood floors, Furnished outdoor back deck and 2nd floor deck from master suite. Total of 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Wireless Internet, basic cable and a DVD player.
First floor has a bedroom with a Queen bed, new kitchen, dining area, laundry, living room, den with TV and 1.5 baths. Second floor has 4 additional bedrooms, a small den with sleep sofa, a full bath with tub and shower and a second bathroom in the suite with a shower.
The master bedroom suite has 2 huge sliding glass doors that lead to a sunny deck, a bathroom with a shower and a full kitchen with fridge, stove and sink.The home does have laundry and it is located on the first floor near the kitchen and 1/2 bath. As you enter you see the kitchen, 1/2 bath, dining area with large table and chairs and den. Further down the hall is another full bathroom, bedroom with a Queen bed and formal living room. Around the corner and up the stairs you find a full bathroom, a bedroom to the right and to the left another den w/cozy futon, 3rd bedroom, leading to the 4th bedroom w/twins and then to the master suite bedroom w/additional bath, large slider to deck overlooking the home's tennis courts and a balcony back deck w/stairs that lead to the back yard. Private tennis courts for tenants use. Lovely private yard with paved driveway and furnished back yard deck. Addtional 2nd level deck off master bedroom.
