This lovely new cottage has a Queen sized bed, one bath and updated from the floors to the furniture. Open layout with private bathroom. Situated directly on Lawrence Pond with fabulous views from the moment you enter. A great getaway for a couple looking to spend some time on the Cape. Complete with washer and dryer and additional sleeping if needed on the sleep sofas. Sorry no a/c.

Enjoyed a week in Cape Code on Lawrence Pond in this lovely summer cottage on the shore of the pond, but also a close drive to the ocean. Kids loved canoeing, swimming and exploring the Cape Cod area. Plenty of activities to enjoy - went whale watching,took the family horseback riding, and enjoyed the wonderful local seafood! Would definitely come back! Thanks for a delightful week!

The house is beautiful with windows all around - with screens so you can get the breeze off the pond without worry. The pond is exquisite - quiet, breezy, crystal clear and literally right out the back door. The use of the canoe was an unexpected plus -- The kitchen is easy to use -- both owner and rental agents were more than attentive and accomodating. Very peaceful stay.
