the perfect beach location to chill ...

My wife and I stayed at this property after a few days sightseeing in NYC. It was the perfect antidote to the Big apple. Sitting on the deck, reading a book with a glass of wine and listening to the sounds just makes for a great experience. Do go to Newport to see the mansions and do use Lee's local knowledge to make your holiday even more memorable!

I had the most wonderful week at the cottage and the beach. The cottage was absolutely perfect. I especially loved the outdoor shower. I never even used the indoor one. The fact that the weather was wonderful the whole week really was an added bonus. And if it rained, I really liked the selection of all the dvd's that were available. It was a very comfortable place. I look forward to going again next year. The fact that it was right on the beach..only steps away and very private was something I was looking for when I first did my search on the internet. I am recommended this cottage to all my friends.

everything about the place was quality, except for maybe the bedroom. we spent a week here with our 3 month old, so it wasn't a true vacation as one would think. our beach was the best section in the entire stretch of east sandwich. fabulous outdoor shower. we were bummed on the rainy days to have to use the indoor one. so very comfortable, all in all, but it is best suited for two, no more. they did a great job with the rebuild inside.

It was the perfect size for the three of us. My husband was very impressed with all the latest techno gagets and wireless access. My 3 year old loved being able to run right out to the beach, only steps away from the deck. I found it easy to relax in such a welcoming abode and couldn't get over the ocean view from every room. The only thing we could have wished for was sunnier weather.
