The Bluff House is a newly re-constructed, traditionally styled, luxury villa located in the prestigious Sandy Lane Estates, just steps away from its famous sugar white beach. Recently enlarged, renovated and refurbished (â??2002), the villa appeals to the most discerning clients.

The villa possesses the timeless asset of over an acre of mature tropical gardens enhanced by a substantially redesigned pool and garden area. By day, the vivid colors of tropical blooms delight the senses while at night spectacular lighting creates an aura of romantic drama.

Entrance is down a sweeping driveway. A gated intercom entrance ensures the se...curity and complete privacy of guests.

No detail has been overlooked in this exceptional home to include the built in sound system that provides music in all of the living areas.

Within the villa itself, an impressive coral stone hallway leads onto elegant areas that are perfect for socializing or relaxing. The furnishings are of the highest quality and feature traditionally styled pieces with an English influence with its upholstered sofas and cathedral ceilings.

A stylish living area has been newly created amongst lush tropical plants at the center of the villa and provides a wonderful entertaining area. This innovative area flows directly onto the pool deck, affording glorious views through he palms to the Caribbean Sea beyond.

The perfect place to unwind is provided in the form of a tastefully decorated sitting room equipped with Satellite TV, video and stereo. Adjoining the sitting room, is the formal indoor dining area complete with a beautiful coral stone dining table as its centerpiece. For more informal dining, this room opens onto a covered verandah with glorious views of the exquisite grounds as a backdrop.

Six stylishly decorated double air-conditioned bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and phone provide ample accommodations for guests. A magnificent and spacious master bedroom opens onto an expansive terrace with views of the garden and sea beyond. The other bedrooms open directly onto the lush grounds.

The private swimming pool is large and set within the gorgeous gardens. A private path leads to the Sandy Lane Resort's Beach that offers exceptional swimming.

Guests will find many sources of enjoyment and entertainment close at hand. Direct access to the glorious Sandy Lane Beach is easily obtained through the propertyâ??s own private path. Sun loungers are provided on the beach for the comfort of guests.

Sandy Laneâ??s legendary 18-hole golf course represents the perfect challenge for golfers and tennis may be enjoyed at the nearby Sandy Lane Property Ownerâ??s Courts.

Guest privileges are, also, are available at the Royal Westmoreland Club.

  The house is well appointed for comfort and has everything necessary to have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The staff is what makes this house so great. They are helpful, accommodating, and unobtrusive. The cook is wonderful and makes family favorites and local specialties. The butler will do everything possible to make things run smoothly. Our family had a fantastic week and enjoyed the vacation and house. The only downside we could find was that the gardens were so beautiful, green and full that they blocked most of the ocean views.

  We have been to many Caribbean destinations and Bluff House is one of the best! The house looks just like the pictures. The beach is a 2 minute walk and it is beautiful. There are lounge chairs and umbrellas reserved for Bluff House guests so you do not have to worry about having a place on the beach. The pool is very well maintained and cleaned daily. Pool towels are provided by the villa (in case you are wondering). The villa staff was EXCELLENT! The butler that we had was Stephen and the cook was Sissy. Stephen is very knowledgable and helped us \"navigate\" Barbados. Sissy is a great cook and will cook just about anything that you want. Catherine was the daily housekeeper and she was really nice and kept everything nice and neat. There is a guy at the beach named \"Flash\" and he can hook you up with any water activities that you might enjoy. Everyone seems to know him and he really tried to get you the best deals. Just walk down toward the Sandy Lane Hotel and he will be there. FYI: We had 10 people in our party.
