After spending 25+ years staying at Sundial in an efficiency on the second floor of the I building, moving to this unit was a whole new ballgame. We parked right in front of our door, were just a few steps from the pool, and the lanai opened right out onto the grass/beach. The furnishings were lovely. Unit is well-maintained with a nice welcome package of essentials you don't always get from other owners. I so wish we had found time to use the bicycles (the week flew by). It was nice to not have to drag beach towels and noodles along with luggage. Tvs all over the place! Washer/dryer combo even made us jealous. Actually made doing laundry on vacation kind of enjoyable. Wireless internet worked well. Received a call at the end of the week from the housekeeper and she could not have been more pleasant. Overall a great vacation at the perfect time of the year. I don't think there were 4 people staying in our building and the pool was never crowded. Weather was perfect. Will definitely stay here again if we return. Thank you!

We most likely over researched a place to stay in Sanibel, but are glad we did. We found this great beachfront condo at the Sundial to be an excellent value and a great stay. The photos included were dead on, and the furnishings were comfortable, modern and very functional. All the amenities (bikes, beach accessories, etc) were as advertised and were easy to get to. Our bed was very comfortable and the aC/climate control was perfectly fine. One of the nicest things was to view each morning's sunrise from the comfort of the lanai. It was very simple to take care of the keys for arrival/departure. All in all, this is the best place in our numerous stays in Sanibel that we have ever had. We wholeheartedly recommend Marjories place for your Sanibel memories.

Location, location, and location! Absolutley perfect, just steps from the beach and the views were absolutely picturesque.
The condo is clean, roomy and comfortable and it has everything that you would need while staying there. Our party consisted of 5 women and we are still talking about our trip.
Do not hesitate to book this rental..the only disappointment you will have is leaving to go back home!
We had only one minor problem...an issue with the toliet. I called management and they promptly sent over a plumber who quickly fix it.
We are already planning our next trip in May...this quickly became our annual girl's trip location! -

This condo offered all the comforts of home...it was beautiful, very spacious...well equipped!

My husband and I spent a week on Sanibel Island with our daughter and 2 grandchildren--a 7 month old and 6 year old. This spacious condo is beachfront with stunning views of the ocean. It's very well equipped and tastefully decorated. We especially appreciated the pack and play, exersaucer, and high chair for our toddler and the beach toys, beach chairs, bikes, cooler on wheels, beach umbrellas, beach towels, floaties, and beach cart for the rest of us to use. The beach is only steps away and is great for shelling, swimming and sunrise and sunset viewing.
We would definitely recommend this rental unit.
