Welcome to Pointe Santo B-1, our place in paradise. Our luxury condo is steps to the ocean and pool. It is ground floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, and can accommodate 6 people. We have a king size bed in the master bedroom, and a queen plus a twin in the guest bedroom, as well as a sleeper sofa. The master bath is particularly luxurious with a deep soaking tub and double sized glass enclosed shower. The large, new, very well equipped, kitchen has everything you might need for relaxed meals in or entertaining friends. This is my second visit to this condo and it doesn't disappoint. Feels so much like home, it's very comfortable, beds feel like they "hug" you at night, view is wonderful, and very convenient that it is on the first floor. I will recommend and hopefully return here again.

We just spent 7 nights at Pointe Santo in a groundfloor unit. The convenience of the groundfloor to the pool, beach and clubhouse was fantastic. The grounds are so lovely and tropical and the unit was very quiet and comfortable.
We rented bikes nearby and it was a great way to get around. So much to do on the island and great restaurants. Our kids really enjoyed the kids crafts at the clubhouse and especially the movie and pizza night! We look forward to going back again next year. -

We took our teen daughters to Sanibel Island in July of 2010 and stayed at Unit B1 in Pointe Santo. I absolutely loved the space of this condo. We never felt crowded, and had room to roam. The unit being on the ground floor enabled us to walk right out the lanai onto the sidewalk that lead to the beach - which was much closer than most of the condos on Sanibel. Here it is over a year later, and my heart is longing to go back to this beautiful place!

I have stayed at Pointe Santo unit B1 twice and am just now getting around to posting a review. I went as a girls getaway weekend in February of 2010 and again in January 2011. Sanibel is so relaxing and you cannot beat the beachfront location of this condo! The condo is on the ground floor of a "U" shaped building. The grounds of the complex are between the center of the "U" and the ocean. This is where the pool, hot tub, and grills are located. The amenities of the complex are very clean and you will not find the pool or hot tub overcrowded. I saw both families and couples at the pool and everyone was very friendly and you can easily chat at the pool with other guests. The pool area is a very quick (less than 1 minute) walk to the beach. The shells are absolutely amazing and a great morning activity.
The condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining room area, and a lanai that is off the living room. I stayed in the guest room which has the queen size and the twin size bed. This room connects to one bathroom and has its own small lanai with table. The beds were comfortable and the bedspreads were clean and updated. The guest bathroom has a stand up shower and is basic, but clean. The master bedroom is beautiful and has a king size bed and a chaise that has a large window. From this window you can see the ocean! The master bathroom is luxurious and has a large glass shower and a deep socaking tub..The large kitchen is modern and very well stocked with pots and pans, knives, anything you can imagine! It is clear that the owner is a cook and appreciates having the appropriate tools needed. The living room has a sofa and love seat and flat screen tv. The unit includes a dvd player plus a library of dvd's and books.
Overall the unit is obviously regularly updated with fresh paint, furniture and decorations. It is clean and not cluttered. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants updated accomodations. The owner has gone out of their way to ensure that renters know what to do in Sanibel and local restaurants. There are also beach toys and chairs that are kept in a storage box on the lanai that is for renters to use. This allows you to just bring your clothes and not worry about renting beach chairs, etc.
This is a great place for a family or friends getaway and I would highly reccomend this unit to anyone visiting Sanibel. -

The location of this condo is perfect. Far away enough from the pool to be quiet, but really only a few steps. We like to grill when on vacation and the outdoor grills at this site are really high end and do a great job. The sunsets from the beach, no words can describe. The grand children were enthralled with the search for the shells, as can only be found on a private beach. As for the condo amenities, the mattresses are heavenly and the furnishings are only the best. You will want for nothing when you are here. This unit is very well maintained.
