Our first family visit to Sanibel and this condo complex. We had a great time. Plenty of room for the five of us; two adults & three kids. A quiet complex with a short walk to the beach. The pool is heated and we could grill and do laundry on the property. The next time we would buy our groceries in Ft Myers versus the Island to keep our costs down. We'll stay here again.

We are from the Miami area and we've had many weekend vacations around South Florida. This was one of the best! The condo was very clean and spacious. As we walked in my wife was saying "oohh" and "wow" so I knew I had made the right choice :) Everything we needed, and more, was stocked. Although we only stayed 4 days, I can see how a weekly or, even monthly, stay would be very comfortable. The beach is a quick walk away and we spent most of our time collecting great shells and wake-boarding the waves. Since the condo is so close, we didn't have to bring everything down to the beach to relax. Two gas grills are right out back so we grilled every lunch and dinner. Sanibel Island is a quaint, quite place and everyone we meet was friendly and helpful. Great place, great beach, great people. What more could you want?
