Unit 307 is decorated in bright & light Florida style furnishings. Ideal for easy vacation days, it is just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. A fully equipped unit for your great Florida vacation! The goal of our condo and Sanibel Siesta is a place for people to relax and feel welcomed. The best part of #307 is our sliding glass windows that do not gaze into other people's porches. When sitting on our couch or eating at the dining room table, you have Florida at its very best. The tops of palm trees and a view of moving sky and clouds. You may even turn off your TV!

Very courteous welcome. Our unit 307 was extremely clean, calm, spaceous and a joy to behold. Well kept and everything was there. À good location, close to the beach unfortunately no negative comments!

The condo itself was great. The condo had everything you needed for a comfortable stay away from home. Everything was clean and in good working order. We stayed for 11 nights and did not want to go home. Driving from Dallas Texas, I would say it was well worth the money, effort and drive time to get there. The only thing that would make the stay easier was if the condo had its own washer/dryer. The community washer/dryers were fine it would have just been a little more convienent to have it in the room. The elevator also was very slow and hot, but we only used them on arrival and departure for the luggage. Both W/D and elevator not a reflection on the condo itself. Good access to the beach! Not directly facing the beach but only about and 45 second walk to get there. Best shell experience was at Blind Pass Captiva. Although we did find lots of great shells on Sanibel as well. One day on the beach outside our condo we saw dophins swimming. Our kids were in the water and ran out of the water screaming because they were not sure if it was dolphins or sharks, was a great experience. One evening by the lighthouse was saw a manatee swimming by the shore and dolphins in the bay. Overall, a great experience!! I want to move to Sanibel Island. I can't wait to go back!

It is always a big plus having a place with a full kitchen to use. It allows you to cook meals in the condo without packing up the whole family and lets you spend more time on the beach. Definitely will be a return trip next year. The condo was clean and very affordable for when we stayed.
