We stayed at Pointe Santo E26 for a week over spring break with two kids under 8. The location is excellent and the property amenities are really nice. Great pool, especially for kids, and E26's location facing the beach is tremendous. Inside E26, however, there are lots of minor maintenance issues that left us unsure whether we'd rent it again. Cabinet doors falling off the hinges, rusting bathroom decor and refrigerator, and some housekeeping oversights (e.g., blood on the kitchen and bathroom floors...looked like the previous renters had a cut foot and the housekeepers didn't thoroughly clean). The unit did have some games and a good selection of beach paraphernalia. So, I'd give Pointe Santo 5 stars and E26 in particular 3 stars, for an average of 4 stars.

Thank you for your constructive feedback. We will pursue the minor maintenance issues you have identified. In the future, please contact our on-island property manager to get these items rectified immediately. We hope to have you back as our guest in the future.
We have recently remodeled the kitchen including replacing all the cabinets, adding new Silestone countertops, new sink/faucet and we replaced the refrigerator. We also replaced the wallpaper in the unit and repainted the walls in the kitchen/dining area/living room. Both bathrooms have been remodeled, so you must be referring to the hinges on the doors in regards to your rust comment. I will ask our property manager to check them. -

We had the pleasure of spending two glorious weeks in E26. The unit is close to the stairs and elevator. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need if you were making a gourmet meal. Bbq tools for the outside grills. Master bedroom bed is very comfortable and the room spacious. There are very nice bath towels provided. Beach toys there are enough to open a store. Beach towels are also provided. The beach front view from the balcony is beautiful. I would recommend E26 to family and friends if they were planning a trip to Sanibel.
