We rented two condos from the same owner, E3 and a3. They were very well equipped, comfortable, and located on the ground floor. Pointe Santo is an ideal spot for families with children. We had all 13 members of our family with us, and rented three condos, the third from another owner. The units seem to be well built with no disturbing noises from the neighbors. Each unit has two bedrooms and two baths, with a pull-out sofa in the living room. The beach is wonderful, and the pool and hot tub a great success. This was our second stay at this resort, and we will surely return and if available. rent the same condos.

It was a week of perfection! The condo was in impeccable condition, light airy and spacious. All the onveniences of home. The location was wonderful, minutes from the beach and pool. The children enjoyed all the crafts, movies and programs Pointe Santo offered them. There was nothing to dislike other than having to leave this little slice of heaven. Going back next year!!!

We loved Sanibel and Pointe Santo. The condo was beautiful with all of the ammenities that we wanted. The access to the pool, ocean, clubhouse and restaurants were perfect. My family had a wonderful vacation.

This location and accomodations were just what we were looking for; very relaxing and peaceful, yet plenty to do for children. The condo had all the amenities we could possibly need. We will definitely return!

Driving across the Causeway was like entering into a secret hideaway. Views of oceanlife and Flora and Fauna was just breath taking. The Condo was beautiful the moment we opened the door, very inviting and immediately put me in a tropical mood. The view from the Living room was a beautiful walkway and bridge over an inlet that led to the pool and hot tub. Want to grill out there is a grill accessable to every condo. The view from the Master Bedroom is a winding sidewalk that leads to the sand and shell beach and the Gulf all of which is reflected in the wall of mirrows.
The lanai was a wonderful place to sit and listen to the gulf and table and chairs there a nice place to play cards or other games.
Every morning the beach is a new experience, the tide brings in an offering of new shells and I even found and rescued a live baby squid.
Ding Darling wildlife park is a wonderful place to visit, a drive where you can stop and absorb the wildlife. Stop in and visit the visitors center it's a wonderful Museum that's worth seeing.
Sunrise and Sunset bring a peaceful calm to your center.
Bike/Walking trails, tennis court, pool, beach what more could you ask for.
I liked it so much I had to go back with my Husband and I will never get tired of going back. -

Condo Owner was amazing to deal with... prompt with answering questions and extremly easy to interact with and I expect a lot. Since it was our first trip to Sanibel the owner went out of their way to ensure that we had all the details including driving and dining info. The owner even phoned us personally during our stay to ensure that things were as we expected. The condo itself was clean, well equiped and perfectly located between the beach, pool and grill. There were so many sea shells on the beach that it sounded like a wind chime. Without leaving the property our children were able to see turtles, dolphins, star fish and numerous other creatures. We left items behind and the owner in conjunction with the property staff continued to help us reclaim them. Excellent experience!
