Dave and Elaine went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly right for our stay. The condo is extremely clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The pool is very well maintained and they make sure everything you could possibly need or want is there for your convenience..(a computer, hair dryers, well equipped kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, noodles for the pool etc.) We have been coming to Sanibel for over 30 years and this is by far one of our favorite stays. All this and the nice bottle of champagne on arrival made it a great vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay in your condo,, it had all the comforts of home and then some. The island is beautiful and the beaches are gorgeous. We were really surprised at home the beach wasn't crowded at all. The island has great food to offer and alot of activities. We are definately looking forward to a return trip to your place.

That's never happened before, but this was the most perfect vacation I can ever remember. This was the smoothest transaction, in the cleanest condo, with the most thoughtful owners we have ever had the pleasure to do business with! We lacked for nothing (except a chip-clip. lol)! Having flown down, we were pleasantly surprised to have extra-special touches like more towels than we could possibly use (even beach towels), beach toys, floats and even a bike available in the outside storage lockers. The kitchen had any pot, pan, spatula,etc that we needed. Nothing was worn, outdated, or dirty. No keys to keep up with, as the door was on push-button lockbox! The lanai was totally screened, allowing me to relax with a good book, arrange our seashell treasures on the large table, or just listen to the waves roll in, without worrying about no-see-ums. Sand Pointe as a whole is beautifully kept grounds, shady parking under the buildings, a lovely pool area, and all right on the Gulf of Mexico. I'd recommend this complex and condo to anyone! Have a kleenex with you when it's time to leave! lol
