Enjoy a perfect Florida vacation at Gulf Front Pointe Santo de Sanibel - the most pristine and well groomed property on the island. Our luxury condo, D-37, is a Premium END unit providing beautiful gulf views from the kitchen, master bedroom and the lanai as well as privacy and solitude. The pool and beautiful white sand beach are at your doorstep. The recent full renovation has made D37 one of the nicest units in Pointe Santo de Sanibel with many upgrades and amenities.

We have equipped our upgraded kitchen with everything you could possible need including a Keurig coffeemaker (you need only provide the K-cups) stainless steel applianc...es and filtered water/ice maker in the refrigerator. The lanai has a fan as well as lovely views of the wildlife and is a favorite place to enjoy meals. Our unit has its own upgraded high speed WiFi Internet access as well as new HD flat screen TV's, BluRay DVD players, Home Theatre Surround Sound, and Rhapsody Digital Music Library with millions of free songs with access by just one remote. We have recently added all new furniture and beds to the living/entertainment area and bedrooms to match the Tommy Bahama theme of our unit.

Along with linens and bath towels, we provide beach umbrellas, beach chairs and toys in our outside storage unit as well as beach towels - just bring your bathing suits! We make it easy to get back and forth from the pool and beach with a keyless entry - no need to remember if you have the keys or locked the door! The heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi at Pointe Santo were completely renovated in September 2010 and offer outside showers, lounge chairs, lavatory facilities as well as activities for children.

Pointe Santo also has a shelling station, lounge chairs and a volleyball net on the beach.Two tennis courts (rackets can be loaned out from the management office) and outdoor gas grills with covered tiki huts are also provided for your enjoyment. Pointe Santo is a unique and premier complex. It is situated on 10 acres of lush, manicured tropical landscaping with a spring fed lagoon, visited by many beautiful and unusual birds and home to turtles and fish. The grounds are linked by a strolling path through this tropical paradise. The Pool, Jacuzzi area and Strolling paths are open and lighted until 10 PM.

We rent on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday.

• An additional 11% local and state tax will apply.

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM

  We just completed our stay at D37 in Sanibel. We really enjoyed this condo. It was exactly as advertised and we had a blast. The condo we very nice and the grounds at Pointe Santo de Sanibel was very well kept and very family friendly. We immediately felt at home. We loved the beach, the fishing, the restaurants and the island. We will definitely come back and we will be staying in this exact condo again.

  A Perfect Vacation

  We thoroughly enjoyed this unit, the complex, and Sanibel/Captiva as a whole. The unit has every convenience you could ask for, was recently updated/upgraded/immaculate and the decor is lovely. We especially enjoyed eating on the lanai and the beautiful views. The complex is well-maintained and everyone from staff to the other families vacationing there were friendly and courteous. Both of our children, aged 13 and 8 made friends there. We called the owners regarding the garbage disposal not working - we were able to reach them and the disposal was promptly fixed. We loved the beach and the shelling first and foremost. We also rented bikes for the week from Finnimores, biked the wildlife refuge, went fishing at the Sanibel pier, did a kayak tour from Captiva and a boat cruise to Cayo Costa island. All great. Sanibel is a beautiful and peaceful place where nature flourishes. We look forward to returning to Sanibel and to D37.

  Relax in Paradise

  This was our first trip to Sanibel but won't be our last. We fell in love with the island, the friendly people and Pointe Santo. John and Laurie have done an excellent job creating a wonderful "home away from home" in D37. The updated unit was well decorated, comfortable and well equipped. Wifi made it easy for my husband to stay connected to work, and the Hdtv was great on the rare evening that we wanted to just have some quiet time watching a movie.
  
  The location of Pointe Santo is excellent and D37's specific location in the resort is fantastic. We had great views of the ocean from our lanai, an easy minute walk to the beach and quiet at night. The keyless entry to the unit gave us more freedom to go without worrying about carrying a lot of stuff. Often it was just some money in a back pocket and a bike ride to explore.
  
  The shelling was quite good even though we weren't there at prime shelling time. We found lots of different species along the beach and enjoyed a couple mile walk along the beach each day. Weather was perfect and the breeze off the gulf was refreshing.
  
  Sanibel is a treat and D37 just helps you enjoy it so much more. I would highly recommend it!

  Pointe Santo de Sanibel - Last Week of april 2011

  The condo was exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable and safe. The kitchen and bathrooms sparkled with granite counters, tile, contemporary fixtures and all-stainless appliances. Hdtv's, stereo and central air were all easy to operate. The view was spectacular. The beach, lagoon and grounds were all in pristine condition. My 14 yo teenager made friends easily at the pool / jacuzzi where there was more than enough space for everyone. Everyone was very friendly. Parking was convenient...just steps from the front door (keyless entry was a nice touch!). After a stroll on the beach it was apparent that Pointe Santo de Sanibel was the nicest condo community on the island. Finally, I was glad we rented a convertible to cruise around the island. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo to my family and friends. I look forward to my next trip to Sanibel!

  A Memorable Stay

  Unit D-37, a condo located in Pointe Santo, proved to be an idyllic setting and a lot of fun for our first visit to Sanibel Island. Walking into the most inviting and tastefully decorated quarters was an elegant introduction to the unique and memorable experiences that filled our happy time there. Aside from the beautiful beach, and lovely views from the lanai, some new experiences added to very happy memories. The men and grandsons had a fabulous guided fishing trip which included everyone catching fish and my husband bringing in and keeping a 35 pound mackerel on an 8 lb. line that took him 45 minutes to haul in! After a too short visit to Ding Darling, we were able to watch the fabulous sunset at Pointe Santo's beach as the sun dipped out of sight in the West. So many of nature's marvels are the unexpected treats a visit to Sanibel provides. Having a comfortable and elegant place to stay also made it a memorable delight.

  Fantastic Destination

  Our visit to D37 was absolutely wonderful. Our view was lovely overlooking the lagoon with the pool and the ocean to our left as we ate meals out on the lanai. We loved the location as we are senior citizens who were looking for a relaxing ten days away from home. We were steps from the pool, but far enough away not to hear any noise from it. The condo was very clean and comfortable and quiet (soundproof). We enjoyed state of the art amenities including newer appliances, flat screen TVs and WiFi. We walked the beach, watched beautiful sunsets, ate in wonderful restaurants and, oh yes, the shopping was also good. A hop, skip and a jump from Fort Myers airport made our trip to and from easy.
  
  When all is said and done, we can't wait to return to D37 and Sanibel!
  
  Recommended for: All age groups. There is something for everyone at the complex and on the island
