This luxurious, non-smoking and pet free condo (#B31) has central air and is professionally decorated. Both the master bedroom and living room open onto a private screened Lanai for excellent viewing of the Gulf. The master bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed and the Master Bath includes a large walk-in shower. The Guest Bedroom has one queen sized bed and one twin bed and with the large sliding glass doors, offers a beautiful garden view. We had a wonderful experience renting this condo and enjoying all the amenities. Location is just a few steps from the prettiest beaches full of shells. After you swim in the gulf, you can take a swim in a well cared for pool and hottub. All the while you feel like you are in a resort atmosphere. The condo is wonderful with alot of room and a great kitchen area. Everything you need is provided. Our family had such a wonderful time, we are renting again next year!

The condo had everything we needed. In addition it had 2 bikes and beach chairs and toys we could use. It had a great view of the beach and has daily crafts for younger children. I would stay here again.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this unit. Pointe Santo is lovely. The unit meets all our needs. Sanibel Island is fun...like a second home for us. Gordon is a great host...and his condo is well equipped, clean, has good views, lots of room, and just about everything we need. We intend to come back soon.;

We have stayed on Sanibel Island at least 8 times and this condo was the best one yet. It was actually ready ahead of our check in time and was clean and neat. The unit has a nice view of the water and it was peaceful and quiet. It truly felt like home!
The outdoor storage unit was a treasure chest of fun things. It had sand boards, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and much more. Most units at Pointe Santo do not have all "the toys".
The weather is always beautiful in april. The beach is wonderful and we always have fun looking for shells and watching the dolphins play out in the water.
Our only regret is that this unit was already taken for april 2012! We will definitely try to get it again in the future because we will be back to Sanibel for many years to come. It is our favorite vacation spot!
