Immaculate grounds, beach chairs, great children programs at the club house, crafts and movies for the kids durning "adult swim time".

i have a secret time to go to Sanibel, It always nice at that time of year, every single day. We have stayed in this condo several times and it has beautiful views, a few steps to the beach, great surroundings with lagoon with alligators,pool, barbeques. The condo is beautiful and clean. Its great to eat breakfast and any meal out on the screened lanai looking out at the beach. I cant wait until May!

Rented unit a1 in Pointe Santo for 3 weeks during Nov. including Thanksgiving week. The unit was well maintained, clean and well stocked. Was able to deal directly with the owner while negoiating the price. Facilities and amenities were good. Great location for kids. Only negative was that it was very busy Thanksgiving week with lots of family groups and the pool was noisy late into the evening.

This was a very comfy condo. It has great offerings and tastefully decorated. It is great for a couple or two or a couple with kids. View of the gulf is excellent! The pool activities for kids are nice offering. The daily 3 pm ice cream treats rock! We plan to return this fall for anotehr stay. The owner is very friendly and rents direct so no agency fees! This is the best place we have discovered on Sanibel.

We went with another couple in October and the vacation was perfect. The sanibel weather was perfect and the condo was top notch. The condo contained all the comforts of home. We have been coming to sanibel for years and will continue to return to Sanibel and we will rent the same condo. All in all a perfect vacation destination all around.

Twelve family members headed to Sanibel Island and the Pointe Santo de Sanibel complex this past May. We used this 2 bedroom-2 bath condo right on the beach, and found it to be well-equipped and maintained. Loved the private lanai with great view of the Gulf. Entire complex is beautiful, exotic plantings, outdoor grillls for guests, lots of beach chairs, and a great location on the island. For upscale beach living, this is a fabulous deal!

This is absolutely the best vacation spot for those who truly want to relax and unwind, but still desire access to enjoyable activities such as shopping, fine dining, golf, tennis, and fishing. The beach is one of the finest in the world for relaxing and shelling, with gorgeous sunrises on Sanibel, and a quick trip to Captiva for beautiful sunsets. The recently upgraded Condo is beautiful, and very well maintained, located just a few steps from the beach. The clubhouse and pool are great for the kids, with organized activities to keep the kids busy while Mom and Dad relax. 5 stars all around, terrific value for the price!

The condo is in immaculate condition and extremely comfortable and wellmequipped. Sanibel is a true paradise. I would recommend this condo to anyone.
