This beautifully recently remodeled direct gulf front condo has a completely new kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, computer desk and plenty of storage. Features include new carpeting, painting, crown moldings, window treatments, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, three flat screen TVs and a stereo.
In the master suite there is a new tray ceiling with reading lights above the new king bed. You have direct views to the gulf and access to the lanai from the master suite. This is my first time renting on Sanibel, and I was very pleased with this unit. As a building E unit, you are very close to the beach. The unit itself is beautiful. Flat screen tvs, nice furnishings and everything you would need for an extended stay - including little extras like beach toys, dvds and puzzles. I did a lot of research, and I looked at other units. Between the unit's location within complex, the amenities of the unit, and my interaction with the owners, I can't imagine a better option for a stay on Sanibel Island.

This was the best unit we've ever stayed in on Sanibel Island and we've been coming down for years. Everything in this unit is brand new-we were lucky to arrive right after the major renovations were completed. It's also the closest we've been to the Gulf. You can hear the waves from the living and master bedroom. What a way to fall to sleep. The unit is also well appointed-the owners have taken care to make sure the all amenities are there. Just a great place to stay in a well kept complex.
