Pointe Santo de Sanibel is unmatched on the Island in amenities, luxury and a welcoming ambience. Located on a white sand beach which is internationally known for its shelling opportunities, you will find shellers walking the beach as well as recreational walkers and joggers. Little kids are building sand castles and lounge chairs are provided for your use and relaxation and the sunsets are breathtaking. If this is your first visit to Sanibel, you are in for a treat. Approximately 50 percent of the island is in conservation land. The Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge is unmatched in the country today. Walk through to see the birds and animals, take a ride in one of their safari-like vehicles or bike at your leisure. Bike and walking paths abound on the Island and even if you haven’t ridden in many years, you will find that it all comes back to you. Several bike rental agencies are available at reasonable prices. You will also probably notice the absence of high rises. Only four stories are allowed by zoning which keeps the small town feel.

This was our first trip to Sanibel Island and so we stayed at B37 sight unseen. It was lovely, clean, and well appointed. The Pointe Santo condominium set up was ideal and the kids loved the easy access to beach and pool. Late afternoons on the screened balcony were amazing. Also, the clubhouse has activities for the kids, books, movies, and games to borrow and we even found the name of a babysitter who worked there for 15 years - a grandma away from grandma (big shout out to Sandy whose contact info is in the clubhouse).

We have vacationed at Pointe Santo for the past five years. The condo was well appointed and nicely decorated. The amenities are excellent. The pool and beach are great places to soak up the sun and it's easy to bike around the island.
