Escape to breathtakingly beautiful Sanibel Island! Our 1BR/1BA condo features beautiful Gulf of Mexico views from the large screened lanai that opens into both the living room and the bedroom. Our second floor condo is C204 at Sundial Beach Resort - West, and is truly paradise! Our recently updated condo is well equipped for all your vacationing needs and is highlighted by local birds and beach art. Our condo is on the second level, up 2 short flights of stairs or you can use the elevator. The Sundial Resort is a beautifully maintained condominium complex on Sanibel Island. Centrally located on a beautiful stretch of beach on the island yet connected by roads and bike paths. There are 4 heated pools, shuffleboard, basketball courts, and many private beach access walkways. Tennis and kayaks are available for an additional fee. Just a short bike ride away is a city park, and part of the "Ding" Darling NWR Bailey Trace. Here there are many opportunities to view alligators, cranes, herons, ducks, butterflies and various other types of wildlife. Stroll or bike through just remember to bring your camera as the chance to take photos abound. We provide our guests with 2 bikes to use during their stay. We also provide beach chairs and an umbrella for those who want to soak up the sunshine on the beach.
There are many great restaurants on the island. Most are within biking distance.
Fort Meyers airport (RSW) is the closest airport. Many car rental agencies are available there. You must cross the causeway at a cost of $4.00 one way. A taxi is also available to bring you to the island. Covered and uncovered parking is available in the complex.
