This one bedroom condo has the beach as its front yard. See the dolphins swim by looking for breakfast, watch the shellers walking along searching for their favorite shell. And see the people fishing on shore. The condo has tennis courts, swimming pool that is beachside, basketball, shuffle board, grilling area with tables and lighting in the palm trees of the Grove for night parties and bikes for rent as there are bike paths all over the island. 1B2 is located on the second floor and has a wonderful view of all the happenings on the beach. On site, you have shelling, swimming, basketball, tennis, picnicking, Wi Fi, fishing, and lounging at the beach with a good book. Golf is nearby as well as boating. There are some great cruises around the island. A new one, Thriller, goes around Captiva and Sanibel and describes properties while they also have large pods of dolphins following the boat. Captiva Cruises goes out to Useppa while dolphins follow that boat and then you enjoy lunch at the Collier Inn.- a great day on the water. Many little restaurants dot the landscape and very close we have, Timbers and Thistle Lodge on the beach nearby (5 min. walk). If you like shopping, there are many little shops for clothes and also 2 supermarkets. This can all be reached rather quickly. Ocean's Reach is really near the center of the island but located on the water. Enjoy Sanibel.

We have been vacationing on Sanibel for over 20 years and without a doubt Oceans Reach condos are the best place to stay. We loved our condo 1B2. It is a perfect size for 2 people with a very comfortable king sized bed and terrific furnishings. The view is nice and the furniture on the lanai is perfect. We are so happy to have found it.

My husband and I stayed at Ocean's Reach Unit 1B2 the week of July 21, 2012. The condo is immaculate and beautifully decorated with a relaxing view of the ocean from the screened balcony. The grounds are well maintained and beautifully landscaped, office staff is very helpful and the island has wonderful places to shop and eat. I highly recommend this condo and Sanibel Island and a vacation destination.

1B2 is located directly on the beach and is a one bedroom condo. There is a hideabed in the living room for the 3 and 4th person and can make this one bedroom condo appear a little small. The price however is very good and about $500 less than our 2 bedroom condo so that there is another choice. The proximity to the beach and beach watching from the comfortably padded furniture on the lanai really add another room to this condo. Enjoy the beauty of Sanibel.

The condo was decorated beautifully, and everthing was very comfortable. Waking up overlooking the gulf, drinking coffee on the lanai,and watching people shelling, was a dream. I sat at the beach, which is right outside your door, under an umbrella reading, while my husband was up to his waist fishing. We had fun swimming in the pool too. There are many great restaurants and shops to go to, everything is nice and close. We rented kayaks which were a blast. Having a kitchen with a nice bar to sit at came in very handy. I would recommend this condo to everyone, it is a georguos, comfortable, quiet, spotless, place. You will not be dissapointed.
