Description

Meticulously maintained and recently remodeled and redecorated, this condo has direct access to and breathtaking views of San Carlos Bay. Both the master and guest bedrooms have queen mattresses. There are two full recently redecorated bathrooms- master is attached. Full size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience along with beach chairs, towels and cooler. The enclosed lanai offers rain or shine access to close magnificent views of the abundant wildlife, water craft activity and even some very unique tropical cloud formation over San Carlos Bay. The Mariner Pointe property is a tropical oasis with a multitude of blooming plants and trees. There are two heated pools, one just outside the condo entrance, shuffle board, two tennis courts and gas grills. There is seclusion and privacy yet within easy walking or biking distance to beach and restaurants. Located on Sanibel's East end, gulf beaches, marina, bike rentals and golf courses are with 1/2-1 mile. Boat slip rentals additional. Conveniently located on Shell Harbor Canal and close to Sanibel Marina.

***The condo is a ground level unit with direct access to water. Children will need supervision at all times***

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Maggi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
