Located directly on the beautiful sandy beach on Sanibel Island. This condo is in centrally located on Sanibel where the beach is the widest. We are very close to many excellent restaurants and shops. The Ft. Myers airport is approximately 30 minutes away. You will have your own assigned parking place, clearly marked with our unit number.

Security deposit of $200/week on rent up to $2000/week. 10% on anything over $2000. $38.85 reservation fee to our agency on the island. Deposit refunded shortly after departure as long as no damages are found. Reservation fee non-refundable.

We have stayed in at least seven different condos at Pointe Santo in the l0+ years we have been coming to Sanibel and B33 is our favorite. It is newly remodelled, open, beautifully decorated with stainless kitchen appliances and exceptional cabinetry. We especially appreciate the corner desk in the dining area for computer use. The third floor offers a great view of the gulf and pool area. We like taking the stairs for the exercise yet having the elevator close by when needed. This unit has morning sunshine and shade on the lani in the late afternoon. Other amenities include a spectacular beach for shelling, walking, volley ball, lounge chairs, tennis courts, hot tub, gas grills, bicycle racks and a central location. The nature preserves, land trust areas and building restrictions help keep Sanibel a real paradise and staying at Pointe Santo in B33 made our time there pleasant and enjoyable.

My family recently vacationed in Sanibel and had the pleasure of staying in Unit B33 at Pointe Santo. The condo far exceeded our expectations, and I would recommend it to anyone! The unit combines all of the comforts of home with the perks of a tropical destination. Just steps to the beach, you can't beat the location.
We enjoyed hours of relaxation in the sun in the neatly arranged beach chairs. We spent many afternoons on the lanai, taking in breathtaking views of sunsets over the beach. At 7 months pregnant, I could not have asked for a more relaxing vacation. My family also played volleyball and took advantage of the tennis and shuffleboard courts.
Pointe Santo is simply unbeatable. You won't find a better location on the island. Walk or bike to shops, restaurants and more on the bike path adjacent to the complex.
In addition to the spectacular location, the condo offers a number of amenities to renters. For the avid reader, books are available. The condo also has many Dvds and games (for the occasional rainy day). For the gourmet or everyday chef, the recently remodeled kitchen holds all the tools.

Our stay at the Neff's condo and Pointe Santo was wonderful. Island Vacations and the owners were very helpful before and during our trip. The condo and service definitely exceeded our expectations! The location of Pointe Santo is a perfect spot on Sanibel for biking to restaurants and coffee shops. We visited beaches all over the island but truly loved the beach at Pointe Santo the most. Best of all was the amenities at Pointe Santo and the condo. The quality updates, comfort and details the owners put into their property is evident as soon as you walk in. It was a trip full of wonderful family memories.

I recently had the opportunity to enjoy a vacation at Pointe Santo B33 and couldn't have picked a better place. I have traveled to Sanibel for several years, and this particular condo far exceeded my expectations. The view from the lanai, coupled with the calming sounds of the ocean was unmatched.
We found that the gourmet kitchen offered everything we needed, from cookware to storage containers for leftovers, as well as the essential supplies for mixing up cocktails. We used the community grills near the scenic lagoon several times to enjoy meals near the water, in the company of other vacationers.
The beach chairs are laid out neatly each morning for those who wish to enjoy a day in the sun, but there is plenty to do for those who enjoy a more active lifestyle. We found this to be a place that captured the best of both worlds - fun and relaxation - whether we were interested in going for a peaceful walk on the beach, shelling, playing beach volleyball, or going for a dip in the pool, we did it all! Watching the sunset from the beach is a must-do, and something we made a point to experience each night!
I would certainly recommend this condo for other renters, and will be looking counting down the days until I can return!
