Cool refreshing tile runs throughout the living, dining and kitchen for cleanup after a day on the sandy beach. Add a brand new kitchen and new bathroom vanities and your condo is a real treat!.
Steps to the pool and the beach for long walks and shell all the island activities plus scrumptious plsn for a perfect vacation! Beds are K, 2T, Q Sleeper sofa. Amenities include 2 flat panel TV's 05/2011, 1DVD, washer and dryer, beach chairs; heated pool, tennis court, BBQs and Wifi. Maximum Occupancy 6. Non-Smoking.

MAwonderfully convenient
Left on 03/26/2010 for a stay in March 2010
We have stayed a Coquina for the past two years. It is a wonderful location for a multigenerational family. The pool, tennnis court and grills are always available and the beach access is superb. The children would easily spend the day in the heated pool. Each of the homes we have rented has provided ample towels, well equiped kitchens and so so beach chairs. This year we were very disappointed in the quality of the twin beds and hope that they will soon be replaced, otherwise we have enjoyed a great place to stay and very good service of Sanibel Accomodations.

We always enjoy Sanibel. Good shelling, good seafood.
Sadly, this time not much golf or sunning time, but not the condo's fault.
Comfortable bed, nice view out to the pool area. Short walk to beach. Short drive to Pinnochio's ice cream and other favorites. Would stay at this Coquina unit again. -

A Wonderful Family Retreat

This was, by far, the best part of our Florida holiday. The condo is wonderfully situated, just steps to the pool and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Our kids loved the access to the pool! The condo itself was very pleasant and had plenty of room for our family of 6. The property management company even mailed our son his battery charger that he accidentally left behind. We would book this condo again in a heartbeat!

Nice location, near beach. Comfortable ammeneties. Repair crew were inept but punctual. We plan to return to the same resort, different condo...found a better price.
