Our visit was 12/26/09 - 1/2/10. The condo was great. Convenient location, quiet, clean, nice view of the pool and just a short walk across the grounds to the beach. We had plenty of room (myself and my husband). A nice surprise in the condo was that there were books to read, several games to play, a hairdryer, and even two beach chairs and mats. There was even covered parking. We spent at least part of each day on the beach. The beaches were beautiful - not crowded at all, even right in front of the condo complex. Sunsets each night were different and beautiful depending on the clouds in the sky. Check-in was good too- the staff was great at explaining things to do in the area. I would recommend Sanibel/Captiva Accomodations and I hope that we can return someday soon!

My family and I had a great time at this condo. The complex was nice with a great pool and not overly crowded. We did have a few issues with the rental agency used by the owner and some plumbing issues in the condo itself. However, the stay made for a nice vacation.
