your service is always above excellent.We choose the Logerhead cay for the BBQ grills. We where not able to use them because they where horrible dirty. when we place the chicken on them, we had to throw it away. The grills where so bad the chicken was totally black even before cooking them from the gunk on them.

We loved this unit. We have been staying at loggerhead cay for 7 years now. This was our first year in this unit. We thought it was one of the nicest! This is our second year renting through sanibel accommodations and thought they were great. We didn't have any issues this year, but last year we did and they were quick to fix them all. That's why returned to them this year and will do the same next year! The amenities at Loggerhead cay are wonderful. They have the largest pool and great grills for their guests. Also a great courtyard area for our little ones to run around. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Overall stay was great.
What can you do to make it better?
#1 Owner really needs to purchase a big screen TV for the living room.
Current TV is small...new big screen TV's are very affordable..and make
the stay more like home.
#2 Wire-less computer connection for that unit did not work. I tried the
pass code multiple times. Good news...I was able to use the wireless
Connections from several other units. Although routinely got knocked
off. Need better connections.
#3 And this does not apply directly to the unit...it was really hard to make
and/or stay connected on a cell phone.
We even had issues talking to people in Ft. Myers. Others said..they
had the same issue. It's been like this for years. The entire island needs
to get this fixed. This will prevent me from staying on the island
in the future.

WE "fell" into this condo after being moved from one that was horrible. Lucky Us!!! We could have not been happier. The decorating is just beautiful and SO CLEAN. We really felt at home there and very lucky to get the chance to be "moved" there. Would love to stay there in the future, IT WAS PERFECT!!!! Thank You.
