Every December we go to Sanibel for a "girls only" vacation.
Pointe Santo D32 is always our first choice. The whole condo is wonderfully furnished.The kitchen is a dream. The lanai overlooks the lagoon and has an ocean view . The hot tub next to the pool is great. My only complaint is that the pool is small . Sanibel accommodations is a joy to work with. Any concern we had was always taken care of. It's always a 4 star vacation!! -

We've stayed in this condo twice. It's perfectly outfitted. The kitchen has everything you could need. They have a "toy closet" full of puzzles, games for adults and kids, even beads to play with! They also have a beach closet filled with pool / beach toys, chairs, etc. We love this spot and come year after year. I'd definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Pointe Santo D32. The owners were thoughtful in their small touches throughout the unit including a high quality kitchen and utensils, pictures that encapsulated Sanibel, beach towels, sand buckets and shovels, games, etc. We felt like we were truly at home away from our home. The views of the gulf were beautiful and peaceful. Pointe Santo was among the nicest places on Sanibel (if not the nicest). We enjoyed our visit and thank the owners for their thoughtfulness.

The condo couldn't be better equipped! We travelled with two kids, ages 1 and 4. There were a ton of books, puzzles and games for them to play with - and we all know that happy kids make happy parents! From the adult side, there was not a thing I could have needed that wasn't there - all the kitchen utensils, etc. and games / puzzles / beach equipment you could need. The only minus is that the condo is at the back of the complex, so there is no great view - but the condo is appropriately priced so we didn't mind. Great place, we'll probably stay there the next time!

We had a great experience renting from Sanibel and Captiva Accommodations. Pointe Santo was awesome. Our two-year old still talks about his "house on the beach." and the apartment we stayed in was extremely well taken care of. We will definitely be coming back next year!

Accomodations were terrific. I would highly recomend to anyone. Upon arriving, we even recieved a specvial gift from the owners. First Class all the way. Will rent again from the same people. Fantastic!!!

Our stay at Pointe Santo was excellent. Our condo was very comfortable and cozy. We felt like it was home. Loved the way it was furnished. Our two daughters enjoyed their own bedroom and bathroom. My husband and I enjoyed our master bedroom and bath as well. The grounds were beautiful and well groomed. Beach area was great.
Sanibel Accommodations staff was so friendly and helpful to us. Every time I had a question on where to eat or what attractions to do Angie was always there to answer them. And thank you for the advice to do the "Sanibel Thriller." Indeed it was a thrill!
The only thing that we wondered about in our condo unit was that it took forever to dry towels, etc. in the clothes dryer. My husband thought that the vent line on the dryer could have been plugged with lint. The unit was excellent. Very comfortable and clean. The only issue I found was with the pool on-site. It was very small.... not to mention it was closed for two hours each day for "ADULT SWIM". I wish I would have been told of this before renting. Getting the kids out of the pool for adults to swim caused quite a comotion in my family. The kids were on vacation and cried when they had to get out of the pool. Great place to stay if your Adults wanting to get away!!!!

This is our second time in three years in this particular condo unit. As before, it was well appointed, an excellent location within the complex, and a pleasure to be a resident for the week. This unit is the best location on the grounds. Just steps away from the beach/water and the pool. No hot sun, but plenty of light and breeze! Great to have a washer and dryer so handy. Decor and all the kitchen stuff was perfect.

We really enjoyed staying at D32 Pointe Santo. The condo is well furnished, with comfortable beds, couches and chairs. There are plenty of towels and excellent beach toys and supplies, especially for kids. This unit is definitely in a quiet part of the complex - we often felt that we were the only ones around, even though we kne that wasn't the case. The unit is immaculately clean. Beach is lovely. Pool is on the small side for a complex as large as Pointe Santo, but we were much more focused on the beach, so it didn't matter. Nice location on the island.

We have been to Sanibel three times now, we were definitely, not disappointed here. My wife and I spent he first 4 days there then had my adult children join us with a1 yr old in tow. worked out great for all. Would recommend and will probably be back

Pointe Santo D32 is very comfortably furnished, with new items, plenty of tableware and cooking implements. The furniture is well kept. The kitchen and food prep areas are great. We had a very quiet and pleasant stay here. Pointe Santo itself is beautiful, well maintained, and is situated in the heart of the island with the best beach around. The condos in the D section get direct sun in the evening (can be too hot on the porch then) but compensate with shady, cool breakfasts. The B section is precisely the opposite - choose your preference. All in all it is a most relaxing and wonderful place to spend a few weeks. We recommend this unit and development highly.

The location of this condo complex was perfect. The condo was very nice and well kept. Our entire family had a blast! We plan to stay at this complex again next year.
