What Past Guests Are Saying
We were a little worried staying here because of some of the older reviews, but we decided because of the great price and the availability of the time, we would give it a try! I'm glad we did! The couches were obviously new and the place was very clean. My kids loved the activities, the pool water was beautiful and the condo was a very short walk to the beautiful beach. We will definitely stay here again!
Fantasitc for families
We loved the downstairs unit and ability to walk right outside. It made carring our stuff to the beach so nice. Our kids loved the activity center and we even had a parents night out one evening. The unit could use some newer family room furniture and the master matress, bedding and carpet needs to be replaced soon. Overall, we got exactly what the pictures showed. The unit was very clean and fully fuctional for our entire stay. We hope to go back again next summer.
Lovely condo with easy access to beach and shopping.
We've stayed at Pointe Santo de Sanibel several times but never in this
unit. We were disappointed and frustrated with Unit D6. When we
walked in we immediately noticed how dirty it was. The sofa had
stuffing coming out of a cushion. We had to call maintenance several
times...blinds were not working, light bulbs in kitchen were out, there
was a leak from ceiling in bathroom, the air conditioner was missing a
plate and therefore damaged my husband's leather jacket by sucking
it into the system, there was a loose electrical outlet in guest room.
There was also a hole in the screen on the porch and a lizard made it's
way into condo. I had to rewash dishes and utensils before we could
even think of using them. Silverware had food caked on it and drawers
were absolutely filthy. The faucets in bathroom were corroded and
bathtub/shower tracks were filthy.

We have looked into the items of concern from your review and addressed each one with care. We regret water leak in the ceiling from the condo above and the faulty a/c incident, as both were unforeseen and out of our control, although they were addressed immediately. We continually strive for improvement and therefore have made some changes to avoid this happening in the future. To name a few, we have hired a new cleaning company who will comply with our high standards and inspection process. We appreciate your review and feel that the improvements made will ensure that our future guests leave feeling they had a great experience, which is a priority to our staff.
