We loooved it. Beach is amazing. Location is wonderfull, the only thing that buged us were those small flys at the end of the day, they sting so painfully and you can't see them. But other than that the unit we stayed in was really nicely decorated and very clean.

We stayed 2 weeks in Pointe Santo E1 accomodation in october 2009 and would definetly recommend it.
Our evaluation of the resort (with + and -):
+ very well maintained
+ Very quite and family oriented.
+ Pool and Tennis court and hot tub were clean and in good condition.
+ The lay out of the resort with the pool on an Island in the middle and the use of small bridges to access it was original and very pleasant.
+ The beach and the pool are very close (2 Minutes walk) meaning that you can go back home for lunch with small kids
+ The beach is very clean but requires shoes as shell can be sharp.
- BBQ were all working but could have been cleaned more often to my taste.
- The sea though warm and clean was always sandy. so don't expect clear water were you can go snorkling.
- Pool is rather small and may prove overcrowded in high season I imagine. In low season (October)it was no problem at all.
The accomodation E1:
It was in good working order and did not us give the impression to leave in second hand patchwork furnitures as it sometimes happen in vacation rental. Decoration is a matter of taste but we enjoyed this accommodation were you get to see the beach from the patio. We also enjoyed very much being on the ground floor with small kids. It made the trip to the pool and beach shorter and it was safer too. If you like to grill the BBQ are also a lot easier to access and use. The only small disappointment we had with the accomodation were the linens which were not as clean as you could expect from this type of accomodation.
So all in all great resort and of course amazing sunsets... -

PERFECT BEACH LOCATION

WE LOVE POINTE SANTO, BUT THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN THIS CONDO. THE CONDO WAS BEAUTIFUL AND COMFORTABLE. THE KITCHEN WAS THE BEST EQUIPT THAT WE'VE HAD. THE ONLY BAD PART WAS THE FITTED SHEET ON THE KING BED. IT DID NOT FIT, AND KEPT POPPING OFF, CAUSING US TO GET TANGLED IN THE SHEET IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. I THINK THIS IS MINOR COMPARED TO THE WONDERFUL TIME WE HAD.
