This bright, cheery 3rd floor condo has white washed beachy decor, a big comfy sofa under a fabulous shell picture plus a great kitchen! It's vacation time so relax! M301 is very well situated at the back of the courtyard with a direct gulf view. The condo is spacious and well laid out. The only shortcoming is that it hasn't been updated in years. The televisions are tiny and old, mattresses in the guest room are worn and uncomfortable, and the carpet has many stains. For 3K/week to rent the place, the owner should be willing to invest in some upgrades. It wouldn't take much to make this condo the beautiful place it was seven or eight years ago when I last rented it.

We have stayed in this unit for over 10 years and it feels like our Florida home. The unit does, however, need some upgrades:
1. New furniture in living room and den
2. New tables in living room
3. Remodel master bath

Great location-the place was very clean and large for a family of 4. Would have been nice to have a DVD in the family room- but overall great place!

The property was extremely clean and well appointed. Even for my family of six it was spacious. The kitchen is big enough for 2-3 people to work to prepare meals in without getting in each other's way. The beach area in front of the condo's wasn't ever overcrowded and the water was beautiful every day. The master bedroom is extremely large for a vacation rental, and private with it's own bathroom. It was a great vacation thanks to Sanibel Accomodations.
