This unit was everything we had hoped for and after an 18-hour journey from our home in Scotland, we could not have been more pleasantly surprised by the beauty and the comfort of the accommodation.
Where shall I start? No one aspect of the condo was better than another - the furniture was very nice and very comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped and all the appliances were in excellent working order. The beds were very comfortable and there was more than enough storage space in the bedrooms (with proper coat hangers in the wardrobes!), bathrooms (with more than enough towels) and the unit throughout. Best of all are the views from the lanai with the early morning sun shining directly on the east side and the later afternoon sun on the west side. Just perfect.
The swimming pool is at a stone-throw distance from the cabana which is accessed via the circular staircase on the lanai, with beach access at equally short distance from the unit. It was also great to have the use of the beach chairs.
We have loved every minute of our stay on Sanibel and the comfort and quality of the accommodation has contributed to that in no small measure. As for Sundial as a resort: renovations were just coming to an end while we were there and the main area did not look very inviting. Amazing, actually, that the resort had remained open for business while the noise renovations were in progress and that full fees were charged during that time. However, the east side of Sundial, where T206 is located, was not affected by the work. We did not use any of the facilities and feel that the daily charge for that is far too high. We had been at Sundial before on two occasions (many years ago) and the attitude back then seemed more relaxed. So as a resort I would not rate it very high but this particular unit, booked through the Sanibel-Captiva(.com) management agency, was very, very good. -

Even before we picked this unit, Sanibel Accommodations outperformed the other rental agencies. We needed a full-size bed in the 2nd bedroom,instead of twin-beds, and Sanibel Accommodations gave us several units to pick from. This units' kitchen was better stocked, with assorted cooking gear then any unit we have stayed in. The cabana was stocked with chairs and beach toys, so we did not have to rent them. Great view of the Gulf from the unit, and the staircase from the lanai down to the cabana and the outside was a plus. We would definitly rent this unit again. We also can't say enough good things about the staff at Sanibel Accommodations as they outperformed the compitition hands-down.

Sundial T206 is a beautiful gulf front, corner unit. You're just steps from the beach and pool. This is our fourth vist to Sanibel. We have rented from the Sundial Resort twice and through Sanibel and Captiva Accommodations twice. This rental unit, from Sanibel and Captiva Accommodations, gave us the best experience we have had with our Sundial rentals and we would highly recommend this unit. The owners made sure that the unit was accessorized with books, movies, games, beach chairs and pool toys (and the list goes on) which added to our fun and relaxation. It was evident that the owners of this unit wanted to provide an overall, great vacation experience for anyone renting this unit. Thank you from the Leonard family!!

Heaven on Earth...

Every year in July we stay in Sanibel. This was our first stay at this property. This was the MOST beautiful "home" we have stayed at by far. I can't complain about anything... maybe the price, but it was really worth it. Great location and my teenage kids loved it too.

One of the nicest condos on Sanibel

We have rented this condo for the last 8 years. We think it is one of the nicest condos we have rented. Very convenient to the pool and the beach. Great view. Very well maintained. Best part is dealing with Sanibel Accomodations. They are easy to work with and very accommodating. Any problems with the condo, and their right on it. Never a disappointment. If dealing with Sanibel Accomodations, ask for Robin. She's the best around. They don't come any better.
