This exclusive 4-star apartment accommodates up to 5 people in the spa town of St. Märgen south of the Black Forest. An extended loggia (12 m) faces south and offers a breathtaking panoramic view from the Black Forest to the Feldberg mountain. The apartment is about 100 m² large, including an about 80 m² sunny terrace and parking space.

The covered loggia extends around the house for about 12 meters and connects to the huge sun terrace (80 m²). The apartment is found on the second floor of a former hotel retaining the charm of a bygone era. It was turned into an apartment building in 2003.
