Casa Melissa C is a characteristic and welcoming apartment surrounded by the vegetation. It sleeps four people. It is appoximately 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be roughly 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from Sannicola , where you will find restaurants and the shops. You will reach Casa Melissa C from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Melissa C you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, fr...ee of charge inside the entrance gate.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a washing machine. The kitchen has a small window.
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. This room has no door, but it is closed by a curtain. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed).
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
