1240 square foot, duplex holiday home located in a fully renovated colonica (traditional tuscan farmhouse) with a swimming pool, dipped in the nature, relatively secluded but at the same time next to the famous Borgo Sansepolcro. The colonica, named Vindelbono (good wine), dates back to 1700 and has always been owned by the same family who lives in one of the 2 homes composing the colonica. The holiday home is the ideal place for families with children or couples of friends.

Sansepolcro, is the birthplace of Piero della Francesca, and here you can admire some of his most representative works displayed at Museo Civico. You can also stroll through the village to discover Renaissance buildings of historic features. The Valtiberina, the cradle of Sansepolcro village, is the most eastern area of Tuscany nestled between Umbria, Marche and Emilia Romagna region, rich in natural reserves for pleasant excursions for beginners and experts (Upper Tiber Valley and Black Mountain, Mountains Rognosi, Alpe della Luna , Sasso di Simone Bosco di Montalto) and native valley of Michelangelo.
In the outskirts there are some excursions not to lose: Eremo di Montecasale, Anghiari, Monterchi, Citerna, Repubblica di Cospaia, Lago di Montedoglio, Terme di Bagno di Romagna.
Horseback riders will also be able to take riding lessons or participate in organized walks from Chiara Rosi Equestrian Centre which is located less than 1km from the colonica.
Sansepolcro is also an excellent base for day trips to the most beautiful and historic areas of Tuscany and of 'Umbria.
In Tuscany: Arezzo (30km), Cortona (40 km), Siena (90km), Florence (100km).
In Umbria: Gubbio (60 km), Perugia (70km) and Assisi (85km).
They are also easy to reach Rimini, Urbino.From this year, considering the various requests received from our guests in past seasons, we also organize typical Tuscan dinner served in the colonica. We will be pleased to to describe you the possible menus and prices to enjoy this food experience. For this service we only ask for a one day notice in advance.
