Vacation Beach house, two floors, new construction on the Sant'Antioco lagoon
(southwestern Sardinia) The "Residenza Santa Caterina" (house # 3) can accommodate 6 people with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living / dining room with sofa bed, kitchenette, terrace and courtyard.
-The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi at 20 gigs, 3 or 2 LCD HD TV, safe, solar panels, heater, wall-hung fittings, wall phone, washing machine and dishwasher.
- The outdoor areas are equipped with sun beds / umbrellas (see photo) the fogging system and binoculars for birdwatching fans, and barbecue. "Innovation, Location and Comfort, for Your Holidays"

If Residenza (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
