This villa, just minutes from beautiful Cala Jondal, is all about chilling out. A retreat from the hustle and bustle, while just a short drive from some of Ibiza’s most stylish venues. The owners have tastefully combined their love for Indonesia with classic Ibicenco style and the result is bliss.

Set over two levels, this four bedroom villa will suit either a family or group of friends. The large kitchen is fully equipped to cater for all your needs, including dishwasher, espresso machine, induction hob, oven and microwave. There is also a table and chairs to socialise with the chef. The kitchen has it’s own access to the outsid...e terrace and pool area.

Further through the villa you will come across the open-plan living and dining room. There is a beautiful wooden dining table to seat all guests, while the adjoining lounge room is complete with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD, wifi and stereo with iPhone plugin. This area has direct access to the outside terrace.

On the ground level you will also find the first of the four bedrooms, a twin bedroom with mirror, wardrobe and ceiling fan as well as a nearby bathroom with bath. Both singles, one upstairs and one downstairs, are located in the classic tower on the side of the house, with windows along the curved walls, giving guests lovely views over the gardens and allowing plenty of light in.

Upstairs you will find the remaining bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The twin bedroom has ¾ beds so slightly larger than traditional singles and the double bedroom has large wardrobe and its own private balcony. Both these rooms share a bathroom. The spacious master bedroom has a large en-suite, with his’n’hers basins, toilet, bath and separate shower. This room also has its own private balcony overlooking the pool and gardens which then leads up to a magnificent roof terrace where you can sunbake or star gaze.

The outside of the villa is where the true relaxation happens. The grounds are large and private, kept secluded by the surrounding trees. The beautiful pool, with spa jets and water fountain, alongside a large sundeck, is perfect for lazy days.

For those after some alone time to do yoga or enjoy a good book, there are two Balinese cabanas, one enclosed and one open. Both are decked out with comfy cushions. To work up an appetite, make use of the mini-football pitch, basketball hoop or ping pong table. Afterwards, the barbeque and outdoor dining tables and chairs are perfect to welcome in the balmy evening.

For tranquility, not far from Ibiza’s more active attractions, this is the perfect choice.

The villa is located in a residential area in the hills behind the pristine beach of Cala Jondal, where you will find the famous Blue Marlin Beach Club as well as a few other excellent beach bars and restaurants. There are also several other beautiful beaches in this area, including Sa Caleta and Las Salinas.
Car hire is needed for this villa, however it is still within easy reach to Ibiza's best attractions. If you wish to travel in to Ibiza Town, this is only a 12 minute drive and the village of San Jose is also only 8 minutes drive away. You will also have no trouble getting a taxi to and from the villa.
There is parking available, within the villa gates, for up to 4 vehicles.

This villa operates on a minimum one week, Saturday to Saturday only basis.
We always request a cash security deposit of 1000 euro be brought on arrival. This is then returned to you on your departure day, provided the villa is left undamaged.
We require 50% deposit to be paid at time of booking to secure the villa. The remaining 50% is due on arrival in Cash Euros. Please get in touch for more details on booking this villa.
