The apartment was strictly high class all the way - from the dumb waiter service on all floors to the roof top fireplace.
All bedrooms have big screen Tv's with expanded cable.
The kitchen is a chef's dream.
Literally steps to the ocean or State street, we parked the car and walked everywhere. -

PAMagical month at Mykonos

We enjoyed a magical month in Santa Barbara staying at Mykonos. First of all, the location can't be beat - few blocks from the beach, the marina and all the wonderful restaurants and shopping on State Street. The condo was well-equipped - esp loved the tempurpedic mattresses! The kitchen was state of the art with everything most would need, but because I love baking I would have enjoyed a few more cookie sheets and some muffin tins. The rooftop deck with fireplace and stunning views was our favorite place to enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. Linda, Leia and the staff at Sblr were absolutely a dream to work with from beginning to end. We discovered a leak in the aerobed the day before our kids arrived for a visit and Leia arranged for a replacement bed to be waiting in the dumbwaiter within hours! We can't wait to visit again and would definitely stay at Mykonos.

We spent our new year's eve at Mykonos and had good time. The location is fairly central, about two blocks from State Street, so it is very convenient. Also the gourmet kitchen is just great for people who want to entertain with friends at home. We had a perfect ending for 2011 and a great beginning for 2012.

Wonderfully appointed and well maintained! The Mykonos with it's dual Master suites was perfect for our Couples anniversary getaway to SB. After looking extensively at hotels, B&B;'s Vrbo etc. we settled on this property and were thrilled with the accommodations!

My three grown daughters and my college-age granddaughter absolutely loved our stay in Santa Barbara with our gorgeous accommodations. Location great for beach, shopping, and dining. Will do again!

This unit was an excellent value for the money. It was very well appointed, with everything you need and expect to find at a rental in this price range. Even the decorating was an added pleasure, as it was very "beachy"; this is the style you want/expect on your beach vacation. I saw the insides of other units, and they appeared to be furnished with garage sale cast offs; it made me appreciate the thought put into Mykonos.

I Love SBLuxury Rentals.. I am saying this because time after time My visits are relaxing and I feel as if this is the only choice for my family. SB Luxury Rentals is a company you can have a personal relationship with. They know what I need. A short getaway or a vacation, they make it work for us. My family and I have stayed at Mykonos several times over the years and we love it. The location is one block and a half from the beach. The residence is perfect for entertaining and having a great meal with family and friends. The kitchen is well stocked, I just bring the food I want to have and we cook up a storm... If you want to go out ,well there are amazing choices in Santa Barbara. The residence is beautiful and comfortable with all the Luxury you would expect. SB Luxury Rentals have always been kind,accomodating and professional.

My wife, my son and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Mykonos. The home is very welcoming, beautifully designed and decorated, very well equipped and in excellent condition. We had a busy week, but it was always a pleasure to return "home" in the evenings -- so much nicer than staying in any hotel! And the beds were very comfortable. The only minor negative was that the sofa and chairs in the living room looked nice, but weren't particularly comfortable -- probably a case of a designer choosing form over function! It was a pleasure dealing with Linda at SB Luxury Rentals and we definitely plan to stay at Mykonos on our next visit to Santa Barbara.

We have stayed at Mykonos a number of times over the past four to five years. We will also be staying there in July for one week and September for two weeks. It it ideally located, well maintained and fits our needs perfectly. My only suggestion is to upgrade the living room couch. It is very uncomfortable for watching TV. Otherwise, unit is perfect for us--walking distance to downtown, the beach and restaurants. Santa Barbara Luxury Rentals has been very responsive to all of our requests--usually involving the computer or the TV. The fresh flowers, cleanliness of the unit and the binder of information about Santa Barbara have helped make our numerous visits very enjoyable. We are looking forward to our next visit!

We rented the home to attend UCSB grrduation. Had a catered
cocktail party for the graduate. Lots of fun and no mess. Liked the
amenities; roomy and good floorplan. Your own garage made it hassle
free... ample parking on the streets for guests. Home was very clean,
even had PC for your use. Would definitely consider if in Santa
Barbara again.
