Oslo NorwayPerfect base for discovering beautiful Santa Barbara
Left on 04/09/2013 for a stay in March 2013
My husband and I visited Santa Barbara earlier this year. When we were searching for an apartment online we were quite overwhelmed by the choice of properties and were a little unsure how to pick a "good one". We finally settled on this apartment - and we were so very happy we did! It exceeded our expectations right from the start. The location really is perfect - a short walk to State Street and the harbor area but at the same time the apartment street itself is very quiet and secure, with a private car port. We had a fantastic vacation here and found the apartment a real pleasure to stay in, and the owners were extremely helpful and friendly.

St. Paul, MinnesotaA relaxing, stunning, well located, one bedroom condo in Santa B
Left on 07/31/2012 for a stay in July 2012
My husband and I rented this condo for 4 nights. The condo has many amenities and a fabulous, large bedroom on the second level complete with a king bed. The owners are great to work with. They respond promptly via e-mail and phone to any questions/concerns. The condo is clean, nicely furnished, and comes with a large outdoor patio that has a built in gas grill as well as a gas fireplace in one wall. The location is within walking distance to the beach, State Street, the farmer's markets (there are more than one) and the historic areas of Santa Barbara. There are balconies off of French doors in the bedroom which we opened at night for the cool breezes. The architecture reminds us of the artist, Gaudi in Barcelona, Spain. There isn't anything we didn't like about the condo.

The architect had a field day with this condo complex. the apartment above was simply beautiful and reminded us of the famous Spanish architect Gaudi. Every detail is wonderful from the playful wrought iron work, the great blue steel doors opening to a patio as large as the apartment. The second floor bedroom suite and master bath is luxurious with giant french doors and a giant master bath with tub and shower. You get a garaged parking space and a playful walk through the magical courtyard filled with plants and flowers. It is a two block walk to State Street, a block from the farmers market. Great place, great price.

Ginny and Dick were really easy to work with and friendly. The architecture has wonderful character and is functional space. The place is immaculate. The furniture is comfortable. The views are amazing. Great location near state street and the beach. The club across the street is a little noisy but didn't bother us. We rented bikes and biked all over, including to shop for dinner. Farmers market on Saturday one block away. Biggest complaint is that we didn't stay long enough. We look forward to coming back many times.

phoenix azunique and charming condo
Left on 07/10/2011 for a stay in July 2011
I would highly recommend this condo (it's more like a casita or a little spanish villa) for a couple visiting santa barbara. It is beautifully furnished, spacious and captures all the Spanish charm of Santa Barbara. It's quiet, yet close to downtown. We couldn't have been more pleased and will definitely be back!

Fabulous condo near State street. No ocean view but wonderful patio and living spaces. So cute and well decorated made us want to just stay there - but SB did beckon! Owners very gracious. Only one thing would have made it better for H would be expanded cable.
Highly recommended and will definitively stay there again. -

Newton, MAOutstanding condo in downtown Santa Barbara
Left on 04/14/2011 for a stay in March 2011
From the moment you enter the lovely Mediterranean courtyard (complete with bubbling fountains) to your entry into the sunny well-equipped space in the condo, you know you've found heaven in downtown Santa Barbara. Walking distance from theater, restaurants and Farmers Market twice a week. Very quiet and relaxing, especially with a lovely, private outdoor patio with fireplace. Our third time in the condo - love it!

Las Cruces, New MexicoWe love to stay at the Cota Street condo.
Left on 12/03/2010 for a stay in November 2010
Once again we've had a wonderful stay at the Cota Street condo. Our son lives in Santa Barbara and we like to stay at the condo for Thanksgiving for the many amenities. It has a great kitchen with high end appliances and all the pots, pans, and utensils we need. The location is great. It is an easy walk to State Street shops and restaurants, the farmers market, and even the beach. With the garage there is always guaranteed parking. The courtyards and plants are just gorgeous. We enjoy staying here because we can just relax if we want to, or we can enjoy Santa Barbara. Dick and Ginny are great hosts.
