Cleaning fee: $85/ $150 monthly/ $50-$150 for pet.
$85 one time fee for third person.
A deposit of 1/2 of the amount is required to book your stay.The remaining is to be paid 45 days prior to arrival.

If you need to cancel,and give us 45 days to rebook,we will return your deposit, minus a $150 rebooking fee.If you need to cancel before the 45 day notice,we will return your deposit (minus $150) as long as we are able to rebook.Any difference will not be returned,if we can't rebook all nights
