This spacious property with pool and 1/2 basketball court is a perfect retreat for families. Enjoy a vibrant game of one-on-one, while the rest of the gang swims and splashes in the salt-water purified pool. $2,000 security deposit refundable within 14 days of checkout. Deposit is reduced to $500 with purchase of Damage Waiver.
30+ night stays require extra security deposit, and do not qualify for the damage waiver program.

Our family really enjoyed this rental property. The house was comfortable, the floor plan was great and gave everyone the space they needed. The kids (ages 14, 12, and 4) were all entertained and actually rarely wanted to leave the property as they were quite content to hang out in the pool and shoot baskets on the sportcourt! We had a few issues during our stay - power outage and broken fridge - but the management was easily reached and addressed everything right away. I love the location - easy access to shopping, hiking trails, parks, museum. We look forward to our next vacation here!

This home is perfect for family vacations. The pool is great!! The kitchen is nicely updated. The location is great close to State Street, grocery store, restaurants, and the mall. The lemon tree in the yard is awesome too! The only thing I would recommend is a furniture update in the living room. Pillows are torn and color is faded badly. Patio furniture pillows could use cleaning or be updated. Also we had to buy washrags, there were plenty of towels but no washrags. All in all we had a wonderful family vacation here in Santa Barbara and would stay at Cathedral Vista again.

We really enjoyed the week spent in Santa Barbara. Home is clean and well placed. No bad surprise, and the whole family enjoyed it.
Just the swimming pool was a little small, given price of the rental. -

This place was perfect for our vacation. We used the pool and backyard with the kids and the place was equiped well for us and the kids. Location was great and the space was perfect for us.

This is the best house we have ever rented. I would recommend Cathedral Vista Retreat to anyone. It's conveniently located, quiet and well-equipped. We only wished the weather had been as nice as the rental when we stayed there over Thanksgiving!

We came to Santa Barbara to attend a wedding, but the highlight of the trip, was the house itself. It had everything you could want. Bedrooms were spacious to say the least...Well-stocked kitchen...Fantastic pool and basketball court...Tvs everywhere...Smores at night around outdoor fireplace...Great place for all ages. Full deposit was returned very quickly. Loved it!!!

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at Cathedral Vista!! It was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the pool and we were so impressed with all of the amenities and how the detailed they were. We knew where everything was, they offered everything we could possibly need, it was so very clean, and the location is great! Would stay in the same house again if we go back to SB!

Cannot be faulted. The accomodation is exquisute, the location is fantastic, everything has been thought of and you will instantly feel at home. Its excellent value for money and the security deposit is returned swiftly following your stay. I just wish we had booked it for longer as when we moved to our next accomodation it was never going to measure up!!!

We used this beautiful house for our family (coming together from all parts of
world) during our son's wedding in Santa Barbara. Kids loved swimming pool,
basketball court, big kitchen and dinning room. Service was perfect,
everything was clean, all machines were working like I am used to when I am
at home. Location is a bit out of town centre - so recommend to rent car with
GPS to get around. Hope to come back again! -

Cathedral Vista surpassed all our of expectations! The house and grounds were amazing. Loved the basketball court and pool. The fireplaces at night were perfect to unwind. I would recommend this house to anyone!!

The Cathedral Vista Retreat is truely a remarkable vacation rental. I have stayed at MANY vaction rentals, as well as hotels, and this by far has been the CLEANEST, most inviting place I have ever stayed at. It feels and looks like a model home and I cannot wait to stay there again!
