Our first time in SB. We had a great time and our Cocker Spanials really enjoyed all the beaches, especially the convenient park directly across the road from our rental. Very dog friendly stay.
If we had known the coffee maker had an automatic beàn grinder, we would not have ground our beans before coming!
Would do it again. Thank you for an outstanding experience. -

Our recent month-long getaway to Santa Barbara and our stay at the charming Oceanview cottage was everything that we hoped it would be! The home was light and bright,very comfortably furnished and completely equipped.The master bedroom king bed was luxurious and the guest room beds - according to our guests - were also.We especially enjoyed our view of the ocean and Shoreline Park.The daily parade of walkers(with or without dogs of every possible variety!)joggers,and parents with strollers were very fun to watch! And -it was an added bonus to be able to bring our beloved older cat with us who also seem to thoroughly enjoy his stay! We especially looked forward to our late afternoons on the upper deck with a glass of wine to toast the day!This easily became a daily ritual!
The customer service that we received before we had secured the rental and during our stay was excellent. Thank you!! -

'Perfect' would be the starting point to describe our stay at Santa Barbara Oceanview. We were excited after seeing the pictures on the Internet and talking to Santa Barbara Luxury Rentals. Once we stepped in the front door it was like being transported into our own private vacation. Were it not for the fact we were in Santa Barbara and steps away from the ocean we could have stayed inside the entire time. The house was spotless and perfectly appointed for a vacation rental. We even had everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. The enclosed yard was convenient for our dog and the view of the ocean was incredible from both the living room and the deck. I can't think of a thing we'd change for our next visit except perhaps to stay longer.

My husband and I and the dog enjoyed the rental home. It had all the necessary equipment and was well maintained. it even included the paper every day. The twin beds could be a little bigger.

We just spend one of our best holidays, the whole July, in Santa Barbara Ocean View Cottage. It had a perfect location on the Shoreline Drive facing the Shoreline Park and with a short walk to the Leadbeter Beach and Santa Barbara Marina. During your morning/evening walks you can drop to the Shoreline Cafe (directly on the beach) for a great - and friendly priced - breakfast or seafood/fish dinner. The top amenity of the sunny cottage was a roof top deck with a hot tub. Beautiful ocean views! The outside shower was great too, as well as the big flat screen TV.
The service provided by the Santa Barbara Luxury Rentals and the owner was excellent. When we arrived (Friday evening) we wanted to have better cushions for the sunbeds; we got them the next morning with a smile. Thank you from Kris & Pirkko (a mid 60's couple from Finland). -

We had a great vacation and really enjoyed the Oceanview rental, it was the perfect location with all of the amenities.We hope to be back soon and would highly recommend this house and the service from Santa Barbara luxury Rentals.

This is the third year I have rented from Santa Barbara Luxury Rentals. The
service has been terrific each time. My previous rental, Le Petit Chateau,
was rented to others this year, so Leialoha recommended the Oceanview,
which suited my needs even better. Its location on Shoreline Park was
perfect, and my dogs and I walked to the harbor every day.
The house itself is lovely, very sunny and comfortable. It felt like a window
on the world, with joggers, babies and dogs of all sizes passing by all day
long. And the rooftop spa was great fun - I suppose the only drawback to
that was the carpenters pounding on the house next door. What a shame
that the neighborhood is transitioning to such large houses.
I love Santa Barbara, and the Oceanview was a great place to stay. I hope
to return next year.
